We've worked really hard to build a platform that makes crafting a conversation easy, intuitive and enjoyable. As the platform grow, so will the ability to augment your marketing needs with a 1:1 conversation driven by Watson.
What to expect.
When your creating a project, there are a series of steps that you'll need to cover in order to have the most successful conversations with your consumers. In the advertising and marketing space, it's important to consider the outcomes you're seeking and to fully understand how your consumer will interact with your brand in a conversational experience. We've put together some great thoughts on this here.
As you step into the actual process, consider these baseline steps:
Administrators will create projects, selecting a name, use-case type (currently only Q&A) and identifying if any Industry Kits could be utilized.
Administrators and Editors will have access to utilize Industry Kits, Natural Language Generation Scraping Tools and Easy/Advanced Editor Tools to edit and refine their conversations.
All users will be able to test the conversation within the Advanced Editor Tool as well as the opportunity to share the conversation with others. In addition, if legal or brand review is required, the conversation content can be delivered via a review process to track all feedback.
Inevitably every conversation will have some revisions and edits, this process should be planned for in your conversation build timeline.
Once a conversation is completed, you'll need to publish that conversation to enable it to be publicly available across all channels.
Now that the conversation has been published, you can place your Embed Scripts anywhere you want the conversation to appear.
Launching a conversation is the first step, next you'll want to review the analytics and optimize the conversation, taking into consideration what your users are doing and what's important to them.
Now that you have a general overview of the process ahead. Let's jump into creating a project.
