The accuracy meter helps users know when their content is ‘ready,’ acting as a built-in check and balance before you publish. The Accuracy Meter must be over 75% prior to publishing, ensuring that the question and answer pairs are appropriately ingested, paired and classified. If you do get a lower accuracy meter, there are a few adjustments you can make in Builder to increase that percentage.
Because Watson learns based on the library of information you feed it, low accuracy often indicates that you need to add more training material. The wider variety of training material you provide to Watson, the greater likelihood that when the system encounters a new inquiry, it can be matched to the correct Response with a high confidence level.
Try adding in the more alternate questions as well as more variety in the vocabulary and/or phrasing of those questions. Similarly, you may need to distinguish better between Responses (perhaps you have Responses that are too similar in nature and could be combined).
